This seminar "Healthy Ageing: Key Research and Innovation Challenges in Europe" will be of interest to regional practitioners who are a interested in current and future EU policy on healthy ageing and those with interests in project development at the regional level via European programmes such as FP7, Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) and the Public Health Programme. Three expert speakers all involved in European policy and programmes will present in the morning session along with some examples of best practice from regions. Practitioners are invited to present and discuss possible project proposals in an informal afternoon project development and brokerage session to be arranged with the ERRIN Health Working Group.
