Are you a regional authority or organisation interested in research and innovation? Are you looking for ways to easily connect, collaborate, and exchange best practices with other regions in the field of R&I? Then ERRIN is the right place!

With around 130 members our network plays a key role in connecting and representing regions across Europe on issues relating to research and innovation. We always welcome new members who wish to join our network and take full advantage of the various networking, project, and partnership opportunities that we offer.

ERRIN’s mission can be divided into four main points:

  • We bring a place-based perspective to European research and innovation policy
  • We build close, informal relationships between member regions, EU institutions, and other partners and works as a bridge between them to facilitate EU engagement
  • We increase project opportunities for members
  • We position regional interests in the research and innovation landscape
