Circular Cities and Regions in Action Webinar: Stories, lessons and next steps
Circular Cities and Regions in Action: Stories, Lessons and Next Steps – CCRI webinar on 11 December 2025
After four years of Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI), time has come to share the success stories of 12 pilot cities and regions who implemented circular systemic solutions in their territories. During its first phase from 2022-2025, CCRI-CSO has supported the pilots in their journey to circularity working on a specific Circular Systemic Solution, addressing challenges and opportunities for circular economy in various sectors and value-chains. In this online CCRI-CSO webinar, taking place on 11 December from 10:00–12:00 CET, we will celebrate their achievements and learn about their journey.
You will learn more about concrete circular solutions developed and implement across Europe and get inspired by Asker, Capannori, Castilla y León, Flanders, Gothenburg, Guimarães, Helsinki-Uusimaa Circular Hub, Munich, Podravje – Maribor, Roubaix, Tampere Region and Uppsala.
Real stories from the CCRI pilots’ journeys: what worked, what did not, and why.
Practical takeaways and lessons to inspire and support other cities and regions.
Common challenges and replicable solutions that emerged across multiple contexts.
What’s ahead for CCRI.
