The ESPON TIA web Tool is an interactive web application that can be used to support policy makers and practitioners with identifying potential territorial impacts of new legislation and policies. This e-learning consists of two webinars guided by OIR, experts on the ESPON Territorial Impact Assessment tool (TIA tool). Additional support materials will be available to all participants. Participants will be guided through the functionalities of this ESPON TIA web tool and learn about the added value of performing an ex-ante analysis of the potential territorial effects of a specific policy or legislation on the development of regions by examining all relevant indicators.
