EU Digital Health and Cancer Care: from scientific evidence to policy impact
Organised by IRCCS IRST, with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the event will bring together European experts, policymakers, regional authorities and stakeholders to explore how scientific evidence in precision oncology and digital health can better inform European policies and implementation strategies.
Moderated by EUREGHA – the European Regional and Local Health Authorities Network- the programme includes contributions from the European Commission, regional governments, and coordinators of major European projects and initiatives in cancer research and personalised medicine. The discussions will offer a unique opportunity to exchange perspectives on the current challenges and future ambitions of the European health research ecosystem.
Beyond the formal sessions, the event will provide valuable opportunities for networking, cross-project dialogue and direct engagement with key institutional stakeholders. Participants will help shape a shared strategic vision contributing to a Manifesto with recommendations for better alignment between research, policy and practice at the European level.
