Euro Science Open Forum 2020 (ESOF2020), an EuroScience international conference will take place on 5-9 July 2020 in Trieste, nominated the 2020 European City of Science. The conference is the 9th edition of a series of large biennial meetings which bring together scientists from academia and industry, policy makers from Europe and beyond, students and young researchers, regional agencies and the business world with a mission-oriented approach to innovation. The main goal is to discuss current issues involving natural and social sciences in an interdisciplinary manner, from research to application and policy. 

The conference programme comprises three inter-related tracks: Science, Careers and Science to Business Programmes. In Science Programme the themes tackle, among others, digitalisation, sustainability and Smart Cities. Science to Business Programme includes innovation ecosystems, public-private partnerships, industrial revolution and value-driven innovation. The proposals for sessions can be submitted until 15 June at the ESOF2020 Conference can be submitted through the ESCMP platform, accessible from the ESOF2020 website.
