Europe, let's cooperate! Interregional Cooperation Forum Brussels

'Europe, let's cooperate! interregional cooperation forum' is taking place on 10 April 2019!

In the past editions, numerous partnerships have been brought together and we have seen the launch of 184 Interreg Europe projects. Furthermore, in 2019 a new set of projects will be embarking on their interregional learning and exchange journey. Now, the time has come to take stock of where we are, what has happened, and - above all - what are the results and impact delivered through interregional cooperation.

The core of the event remains the ideas, exchange of views and networking with peers and partners from all over Europe. So get ready to meet and mingle with peers from other regions to share inspiration, learn and exchange experiences.

This event is for you, if you are a policymaker or a practitioner interested in working together with other regions from across Europe, or if you want to learn more about interregional cooperation projects, their activities, and the impact of cooperation.

'Europe, let's cooperate!' is your chance to exchange views and discover ideas and initiatives related to the four topics covered by Interreg Europe: research and innovation, competitiveness of SMEs, low-carbon economy, the environment and resource efficiency.

Who should attend:

  • Managing Authorities and other organisations responsible for Structural Fundsprogrammes
  • Regional, local, national authorities
  • Agencies, research institutes, thematic policy organisations
  • Representatives of relevant EU thematic networks and communities
  • Representatives from EU institutions working on the topics covered by Interreg Europe

Whether you are a seasoned project champion or simply keen to explore the opportunities of interregional cooperation, you will benefit from participating in this event. Newcomers in the Interreg Europe world are particularly welcome, so don't hesitate to join the Forum and see how you, too, can benefit from cooperating with other regions!

Admission to the event is free of charge. All attendees have to sign in to the Interreg Europe community in order to register for the event.

Please note that all travel and accommodation costs are at the expense of the participants. You should plan your travelling only once we have approved your registration.

Due to capacity constraints, the organisers reserve the right to limit the number of participants per organisation. Furthermore, for Interreg Europe projects, the participation is limited to one representative per project and should be coordinated with the lead partner.

The programme of the event is available here.
