The European Rural Circular Bioeconomy Conference will take place on 13 and 14 May in Brussels. The event is a collaborative effort of six Horizon Europe projects: ROBIN, MainstreamBIO, SCALE-UP, BioRural, BIOMODEL4REGIONS, and RuralBioUP. All of these projects are members of the Rural Bioeconomy Alliance.

Key stakeholders from local communities, policymaking, industry, and rural communities will come together and connect to discuss the approaches and strategies implemented by the projects. They will explore the tools developed through these initiatives and share success stories from their regions. These stories highlight efforts shaping a more sustainable and resilient rural bioeconomy.

Angele Liaigre, Bioeconomy WG co-leader, will represent ERRIN in the panel discussion on real-world success stories, where participants will gain inspiration from initiatives that are already making an impact.
