Low Carbon Cluster meeting: Clean Industrial Deal and Competitiveness
Following up on an ERRIN meeting on competitiveness earlier this February, the Low Carbon Cluster will organise a session on the Clean Industrial Deal, focusing on energy, transport and urban development, on Monday 24 March (13:00 to 16:00) at ERRIN's premises.
The three Working Groups (WGs) under the Low Carbon Cluster will explore the EU’s Clean Industrial Deal, published by the European Commission on 26 February 2025. This plan prioritises industrial decarbonisation, clean technologies and incentivising investment.
The meeting will be organised with speakers from DG GROW (European Commission) and from Cabinet of Executive Vice-President Teresa Ribera. Our targeted approach will help members navigate opportunities and address challenges related to clean industrial development, ensuring their readiness to contribute to and benefit from these ambitious initiatives. This meeting will be an opportunity to exchange views with the European Commission more broadly on how ERRIN and its members can best contribute to the ongoing and upcoming initiatives related to industrial decarbonisation and clean technologies.
ERRIN is offering a networking light lunch from 13:00 to 14:00 before the meeting, which will take place from 14:00 to 16:00.
