Science Café with Luděk Hynčík

Representation of the South Moravian Region and its partners are pleased to invite you to Science Café with Luděk Hynčík, an unconventional open discussion this time focusing on the theme of Human body modelling.  Our guest will be Luděk Hynčík, the Vice-Rector for Research and Development and vice director of the New Technologies – Research Centre at the University of West Bohemia. He is also vice president of the International Federation of Automotive Engineering Societies (FISITA) and Visiting Professor at the Tianjin University of Science & Technology, China. His research interests include human body modelling, biomechanics and mechanics of discrete systems. He focuses on virtual human body models used for injury analysis related to vehicles impact. Science Café is a forum for discussion of current work and interesting scientific issues. It aims to be informal and accessible. Anyone can participate; speaker is there to be questioned and to talk about his work.
