A seminar that aims to highlight the regional efforts around the North Sea to ensure a timley implemetation of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) is to take place in Brussels. The seminar will focus on the need for all governence levels to work together in order to achieve a functional and succesful European transport area.
