In the context of the European Week of Regions and Cities 2024, the RICC Network - Regional Initiative for Culture and Creativity promotes the side-event ‘The twin transition: Leveraging skills for the culture and creative sectors’. 

The event, conceived in collaboration with the University of Perugia's post-graduate course in “EU funding for Culture and Creativity”, will be held at the Delegation to the EU of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Rue Montoyer, 21) on Monday 7th October 2024, at 4 p.m.  

The initiative aims to explore how the cultural and creative sectors can play a key role in innovative and sustainable territorial growth and to present successful experiences supporting the double transition of territorial ecosystems of CCIs at the European level. 

The workshop will include a presentation by Diletta Paoletti - Consultant at the University of Perugia, and two regions of the RICC Network. In particular, Lucia De Siervo - Head of the Cultural Economy and Youth Policies Area of the Emilia-Romagna Region and Camila De Epalza Azqueta - Policy Officer of the Delegation to the EU of the Basque Country, will present good practices from their respective territories.
