The 2nd Pathways2Resilience Call Now Open

The 2nd Pathways2Resilience Call Now Open.

The Pathways2Resilience programme – the flagship initiative of the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change of which ERRIN is a partner – launched its Second Call for funding on the 15 May 2025.

With €21 million in sub-grants available across two open calls, the programme supports over 100 European regions and communities in co-designing locally led pathways to a climate-resilient future.

Already collaborating with 39 selected regions from the First Call, Pathways2Resilience continues to guide participants using its transformational adaptation frameworks – the Regional Resilience Journey (RRJ) and the Adaptation Investment Cycle (AIC).

These tools help regions develop:
• Baseline Assessment
• Climate Resilience Strategy
• Climate Resilience Action Plan
• Climate Resilience Investment Plan

Whether you’re just starting or aiming to deepen your resilience efforts, this is your chance to take meaningful climate action.

Learn more about the calls and how to apply at the Pathways2Resilience website – updates coming regularly.
