ERRIN is looking for a Project and Policy Manager (Climate resilience and culture)

The ERRIN Secretariat is seeking a new colleague to work on a range of activities related to climate resilience and culture!

About the role

The Project and Policy Manager will contribute to the management and implementation of selected adaptation projects in the portfolio, including Pathways2Resilience (P2R) and RESIST, and support the implementation of other projects and policy activities under the Culture and Creativity cluster.

The successful candidate will also work closely with ERRIN’s policy team and the wider membership on activities related to emerging topics such as competitiveness, resilience and preparedness.

Candidate profile

The candidate should have a good understanding of recent European research and innovation policy developments and the related funding, in particular Horizon Europe and at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing EU projects around climate resilience and culture.

In addition, we are looking for a colleague with strong motivation to explore new topics and to contribute to further shaping the network’s activities in line with the latest EU policy developments.

The candidate is expected to start as soon as possible and should be based in Brussels or willing to relocate at the start of their contract.

What we offer

We offer a permanent contract with a competitive monthly gross salary between €3400-3800 depending on experience. Other benefits include 13th month, hospitalisation and healthcare insurance, meal vouchers, ecocheques and transport pass for Brussels.

The average weekly working time at ERRIN is set at 40h/week with reduction of working time (RTT – one day off per month on top of annual leave).
