ERRIN is looking for a Project and Policy Manager! If you have the right profile, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team in Brussels and contribute to ERRIN activities on culture and creativity.

About the role:

The Project and Policy Manager will work to position ERRIN and its members at the forefront of key R&I initiatives related to culture and creativity and across key thematic areas such as tourism, cultural heritage and the New European Bauhaus. 

The successful candidate will do so by leading the activities of the Culture and Creativity cluster (New European Bauhaus Taskforce, Cultural Heritage and Tourism, and Design and Creativity Working Groups) and collaborating with members through relevant working groups. They will also work closely with the Head of Projects to develop and implement strategic projects in the field of Culture and Creativity.

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a colleague with a minimum of three years' experience in project management and a relevant university degree. The candidate should have experience working on culture and creativity or closely related topics, a positive team attitude and excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Please note: the selected candidate is expected to be Brussels-based or to be willing to move to Brussels at the start of the contract.

What we offer:

We offer a permanent contract with a competitive gross monthly salary between €3000-3500 depending on experience. Other benefits include 13th month, hospitalisation and healthcare insurance, meal vouchers, ecocheques and transport pass for Brussels.

The average weekly working time at ERRIN is set at 40h/week with reduction of working time (RTT – one day off per month on top of annual leave).
