Register now: ERRIN Spring Annual General Meeting 2025
Registration in now open for ERRIN’s Spring Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place in person on Tuesday, 17 June from 16:30 to 20:00 CEST, generously hosted by Wielkopolska Region, Emilia-Romagna Region, the Representation of the State of Hessen to the EU and Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region (Rue Montoyer 21, 1000 Brussels).
The formal business will start at 16.30. Each member organisation has one vote at the AGM and should put forward one person responsible for the voting. Only registered voters will be able to attend the formal part of the General Meeting. Following the AGM’s formal proceedings, all ERRIN members and your regional stakeholders are warmly invited to join a networking reception. With the European Commission proposals for the next Multiannual Financial Framework getting close, the reception will centre on the territorial dimension of the EU’s research and innovation funding landscape post-2027. The reception will also be a great opportunity to celebrate our network’s achievements so far and look ahead to our shared priorities for the second half of the year.
We are pleased to connect this year’s AGM with the Smart Specialisation Community of Practice (S3 CoP) Conference, taking place in Brussels the following day. We encourage you to extend the invitation to the reception to stakeholders travelling for the S3 Conference. Please note that stakeholders without an ERRIN user account can be registered by Brussels-based colleagues.
