Information concerning ERRIN Working Group meetings

In light of the current COVID-19 concerns and the guidelines given by the Belgian authorities, we regret to inform you that our upcoming Working Group meetings will be postponed or will take place online.

Information concerning the COVID-19 outbreak and ERRIN meetings

Considering the current outbreak of the Coronavirus and cancellations of some events taking place in Brussels, we would like to inform members that for the time being all ERRIN Working Group meetings will take place as planned, unless communicated otherwise.

Five regions involved in the Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills in the Cultural Heritage, and more to come in case of success!

ERRIN facilitated the inclusion of its member regions in a consortium led by the University of Barcelona. The objective of the project proposal is to develop a Blueprint to address skills shortages and unemployment by gathering information for the European skills panorama, and developing a sector skills strategy, occupational profiles, vocational programmes and qualifications.

Cultural Heritage in Action launch

We are thrilled to launch Cultural Heritage in Action, a peer-learning programme for local and regional policymakers to exchange knowledge on cultural heritage, with a focus on participatory governance, adaptive reuse and quality of interventions.

Bridging culture and audiovisual content through digital

We are looking for a partner for the Creative Europe call: Bridging culture and audiovisual content through digital. We want to explore new ways to disseminate European world heritage through innovative digital technology. Our goal is to create extraordinary experiences for the public, and to solve key challenges for the participating World Heritage Sites.  

H2020 Proposal for Smart Windows Developpers and/or Adhesive Industry

The project will develop a proof of concept, to show the technical and financial viability of a plug&play system composed of components and intelligent modules for interior renovation, which currently does not exist in the market.  This system will consist of panels with highly insulating and lightweight materials, such as aerogel, heating and cooling elements, ventilation, as well as intelligent windows, and possibly energy production.

HOGENT and Howest Universities of Applied Sciences are looking for partners for Creative Europe-project on digitalisation of cultural heritage sites

We are currently drafting a project to reactivate the inherent and historical multifunctional ecosystems of rural estates and connect them to the digital technologies of the future. We see an important link to the Creative Europe call and want to set up a pilot project around the participation of digital communities in the valuation, opening up or redevelopment of cultural heritage.
