The first call of the Agroecology Partnership is now open

The Agroecology Partnership has officially launched its first call for proposals on 15 February 2024.

The objective of this call is to fund research and innovation projects dedicated to studying and implementing agroecology at two geographic scales: the farm and its immediate surroundings, as specified under Theme 1, and the landscape or territorial level, as specified under Theme 2.

Researchers from universities and other higher education institutions, research institutes, actors from the public sector, non-profit organisations and private companies can apply, subject to national/regional regulations and eligibility criteria detailed in the call.

The deadline for pre-proposal is 26 April 2024, 14:00 CET. The deadline for full proposal submission is 19 September 2024, 14:00 CEST.

The ‘European partnership on accelerating farming systems transition – agroecology living labs and research infrastructures’ is a co-funded partnership under Horizon Europe aiming at structuring and supporting a network of living labs and research infrastructures that will accelerate the transition towards agroecology throughout Europe. ERRIN Bioeconomy WG is closely following the development of the Partnership.
