Principles
ERRIN brings together representative offices of regional and local administrations as well as universities, public, and private bodies with a regional mandate, which are involved in research and innovation. Members are required to agree with our mission of establishing a network for cooperation between regional and local actors in Brussels. They are also required to pay the annual membership fee to enjoy the full benefits of the network.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
ERRIN offers two types of membership:
Full membership – for organisations with a permanent representation in Brussels. Full members can be elected to the Management Board and take on the role as a Working Group leader. Annual membership fee: 3665 EUR (2024).
Associate membership – for organisations that do not have a permanent representation in Brussels. Associate members have the same rights as full members, except they cannot be elected to the Management Board nor take on the role as a Working Group leader. Annual membership fee: 3090 EUR (2024).
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
In line with the Articles of Association, cancellation of membership must be received in writing by the ERRIN secretariat, either by registered post or via email, by the 30 September the latest in the year preceding the cancellation.
