The Blue Economy Working Group has prepared an input to the Ocean and Waters Mission Implementation Charter, which has been submitted to the Mission Secretariat. The input paper highlights some key concerns around the implementation of the Mission, such as the basin approach and the thematic areas assigned to the lighthouse basins, as well as the role of citizens and citizen science in the Mission.
