On 11 October (9:30 to 16:30), the 5G for Smart Communities Support Platform is organising the 5GSC Community Conference in Brussels, bringing together key stakeholders, including mobile network operators, alternative operators, equipment manufacturers, and public authorities, to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas, insights and best practices related to the 5G for Smart Communities action under CEF – Digital.

During the event, the upcoming launch of the 5G for Smart Communities third call for proposals will be presented. Calls are expected to be open from October 2023 to February 2024. This will also be an occasion to hear about lessons learned from previous calls.

Two breakout sessions will also be organised, where participants can enroll and gain practical insights on how to apply to the third 5G for Smart Communities call for proposals, from the public authorities and operators’ points of view.
