Boosting circular economy: best practices in the Mediterranean region

The Green Growth Community projects EMBRACE, GRASPINNO PLUS and FINMED will share their best practices and lessons learnt in the fields of food systems and eco-innovation across the Mediterranean region in the Circular Week 2021 organised by Innowo and the Polish Circular Hotspot.

In the first half of the webinar, the Green Growth Community partners CUEIM, ERRIN, Dynamic Vision and CENER 21 will be sharing their insights on transferring methodologies focusing on the policy perspective. The second half of the webinar will be dedicated to the Green Growth Community projects’ best practices. Javier Sancho (SARGA) will share the transferring methodology and lessons learnt from the EMBRACE project. Elisa Peinetti (Piemonte Region) and Valantis Ketikidis (CERTH) will be explaining the results of sharing the FINMED support service tools in Greece. Massimo Ianniciello (Terre di Siena Lab) will close the second part of the webinar with the GRASPINNO PLUS lessons learnt on how to increase green growth capacity in Mediterranean territories by applying the project’s Life Cycle Costing tool.

All the attendees will have the opportunity to dive deeper into some of the topics shared by the speakers during the Q&A at the end of the event.
