​​​The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is drafting an opinion "Towards an integrated EU policy approach to support place-based innovation for the green and digital transition". The rapporteur, Mr Andrea Putzu (IT/ECR), a Member of the Regional Council of Marche, would be happy to meet representatives of relevant stakeholder organisations for a consultation on the topic of opinion to gather the different points of view and discuss the main issues.

The consultation will take place on Tuesday 3 October 2023, from 10:00-12:00 in person at the CoR premises in Brussels. The event will have the following structure:

• Introduction by the rapporteur: the issues at stake
• Comments on behalf of the participating organisations, max 3-5 minutes each (allowing maximum number of participants to speak)
• Replies by the rapporteur ​

The participants will be able to speak in and listen to either English or Italian. They will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, until the room capacity allows it. If any participants can no longer be accepted because of this reason, they will be contacted separately.
