The Council of Europe is hosting an event to showcase the stories of regional and local authorities that have been on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stories will touch upon the organise, coordination and delivery of responses at the local level. 

The event will consist of two debates, the first on the Athens Declaration, the second on the specific role of local and regional authorities.
