The final conference of the ENhANCE project will take place over two days in May: Thursday 6 May and Thursday 20 May.

Day one will present the European FCN Curriculum and gather participants feedback to ensure it can be taken up across Europe. Day two will see a panel share their perspectives about how the Family Community Nurse can meet patient and families' needs when delivering person-centered, integrated care.
