ERRIN’s Spring Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in person on Thursday, 25 June, from 16:30 CEST, at the ERRIN Office in Brussels.

The official business will begin at 16.30 and will be dedicated to the presentation and approval of the 2025 audited accounts and 2026 budget (attached). Member organisations that have paid the annual membership fee have one vote at the AGM and should designate one person to cast the vote. Due to the limited capacity of the meeting room, only registered voters will be able to attend the formal part of the General Meeting.

Following the AGM’s formal proceedings, all ERRIN members and your regional stakeholders are warmly invited to join a networking reception. The reception will be a timely moment to connect and exchange views as discussions around the future Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and European Competitiveness Fund (ECF) continue to unfold. More details on the evening's programme will be confirmed, and we look forward to sharing updates with you soon.

The reception will also be a great opportunity to come together to celebrate our network’s achievements so far and look ahead to our shared priorities for the second half of the year.
