The European Commission will host a pan-European hackathon in response to the coronavirus crisis. The three-day hackathon will be an opportunity to connect civil society, innovators, partners and buyers across Europe to develop innovative solutions to coronavirus. 

20 pressing coronvarius challenges will be tackled over the duration of the hackathon. Examples of such challenges include:

• Speeding up the production of equipment
• Scaling up production capabilities
• Exchange of knowledge and solutions transfer.
