This session will introduce the relaunched Knowledge Exchange Platform, followed by a political discussion with representatives of the European Commission and the Committee of the Regions on the main aspects of the European Research Area and its impact on regions and cities in Europe. It will be followed by a more practical session, going into detail on one of the key drivers of the new ERA.
