As the European Commission announces its proposal for the EU multi-annual budget for 2021-2027, Forum Europe has rearranged its event to be able to include discussions on the announced proposals. 

The online event will analyse how the EU's flagship Green Deal will be impacted by the coronavirus crisis and how it might play a central role in Europe's recovery after COVID-19.
