Linking water & agriculture science to policy: WATERAGRI Project Event

The WATERAGRI project is holding an event, Linking water & agriculture: science to policy, a mini-conference. The event will take place on 6 March from 08:30-16:00 and will discuss innovative methods for achieving a positive impact at farm level in the EU, regarding water sustainability in agriculture.

To reach this impact, it is necessary to have a selection of scientifically proven methods that can be applied at different scales and in the different climatic zones of Europe. Secondly, the pathway “research – policy – farming” must be streamlined and when suitable, the possibility to bypass policy should be explored. Both methods and impact are on the agenda of this mini-conference.
