At the 2026 Mission Forward Conference, taking place on 24-25 September, the OECD will bring the global mission community together again to share best practices and tackle common challenges in mission-oriented policy.

ERRIN Director Pirita Lindholm will moderate a session on the governance of missions, looking at how missions are structured and steered to deliver on their objectives. 

Held every two years, the conference gathers practitioners and leading academics from around the world, with this edition's programme reflecting the evolution of missions, focusing on implementation and on evaluating the success of mission-oriented innovation policies (MOIPs).
