The Pro-Enrich BBI-JU project is holding its final event on 14 October at the Danish Technological Institute in Copenhagen, both physical and virtual participation is possible. The event will focus on upscaling biorefinery solutions both in relation to financial and technological challenges. Further details and registration through this link.
The Pro-Enrich project has worked to develop a flexible biorefinery approach able to process a range of agricultural residues from rapeseed meal, olives, tomatoes and citrus fruits. It has taken the process of fractionising biomass to identify proteins, polyphenols, dietary fibres and pigments for use as food ingredients, pet food, cosmetics and adhesives.
