During the NEB Festival week of June 9–13 in Brussels, the Satellite event will showcase practical applications and insightful perspectives on the New European Bauhaus in promoting the sustainable revitalisation of urban communities and villages.

Examples of NEB Chapters' successful realisations and other local transformative experiences embodying the principles of 'beauty, inclusivity and sustainability' will be showcased through dialogues with architects, academics, social innovators and urban departments from Italy, Spain and Belgium.

As a first step towards the official inauguration of the week-long Festival in Brussels, set at the neoclassical style building on Rue du Commerce 49, in the heart of the European quarter, the initiative will offer networking opportunities and the chance to create new connections through dialogues in modular spaces and formats.

The Liguria and Friuli Venezia Giulia Regions, along with members of the ERRIN Culture Creativity Cluster, invite those interested in connecting with the NEB community to join in person or remotely. A detailed programme will be provided soon.

The event will take place on 9 June from 14:00 to 17:30. Registration is open here.

The same week, on 11 June, the New European Bauhaus & Creativity working group is organising the EU Design Day 2026 as a satellite event of the NEB Festival. More information about the ERRIN network NEB Festival satellite events can be found here.
