RICC (Regional Initiative for Culture and Creativity) invites you to their annual meeting, this year entitled 'From the European Year of Youth to the European Year of Skills', held on 6 December at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union, Avenue de Cortenbergh 12, 1040 Brussels, from 15:30-18:00. 

The event will be a dialogue with representatives of the European Commission, experts, project managers and stakeholders. It will also be an occasion to present the network, past activities and next steps for 2023 regarding Culture and Creativity.
