Moreover, it will bring an added value to the discussion of cultural and creative sectors within the EU regions, which are crucial to improve lives, transform communities and local/regional economies, and generate growth and skilled jobs.

RICC Co-coordinating Regions

Alentejo – Emilia-Romagna – Extremadura - Lombardy

RICC is an informal European network composed by 25 regional governments, and led by Alentejo, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Extremadura regions. It aims to provide European regional Governments with a strategic European platform to advocate for the regional dimension on cultural and creative policies in the current and new EU cultural agenda, in line with the Smart Specialization dimension and the principles of subsidiarity and co- responsibility.
