Science Café: Gene editing & Nanorobots

The next Science Café event will discuss Gene Editing & Nanorobots. Scientist Alžběta Ressnerová from CEITEC will share insights on nanorobots for biological applications. This event will take place on 30 November from 18:30-20:30 at Prague House, Brussels. Co-organised by the Representation of the South Moravian Region to the EU, Prague House, Czech Liaison Office for Education and Research in Brussels, and the Czech Center Brussels, this edition features scientist Alžběta Ressnerová from the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC).

Alžběta, holds a master's in molecular medicine from Humboldt University in Berlin and is now pursuing a Ph.D. at CEITEC. She'll discuss nanorobots for biological applications in an accessible way.

Science Café offers a dynamic platform for scientists to present their work, giving the public a unique chance to engage and ask questions.

Do not hesitate to participate if you’re interested in the topic or just curious to learn something new. The debate will be held in English.
