After the interest you have demonstrated in Horizon Europe, we are organising this second brainstorming coffee meeting on 21 April from 9:00 to 10:00 to discuss your regional priorities related to the upcoming calls.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to bring to the meeting an initial idea of your regional priorities and project ideas to start discussing our future initiatives and possible collaborations.
The registration is closed. All registered people should have received the link to join. Should you have any problem please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
This meeting is part of a series of events related to the upcoming Horizon Europe calls:
Information meeting - the 5 February.
During the meeting, Marina Martínez, H2020 Programme Officer at the Security, Space, Transport, SME's, Environment & Bioeconomy CDTI-SOST Office, presented the upcoming programme, with a specific focus on destinations 2, 5 and 6 and the synergies with the other clusters. You can find more information and the presentations here.
Two brainstorming coffee meetings
As mentioned above, this is the second brainstorming coffee meeting of a series of two, the first one took place on 31 March.
This series of meetings will lead the regional stakeholders to a Matchmaking event for Horizon Europe destinations in cluster 5 and 6 in May. During this meeting, local and regional authorities, NGOs, universities, research institutions and private stakeholders will establish contact and build collaborations with potential project partners to build project consortia.
You can find more information here.
On top of that, we would like to map the members' regional stakeholder interest in the Horizon Europe calls, cluster 5, destinations 2, 5 and 6.
Here you can find a link to a shared excel file. Please indicate the interest of your region or some of your regional stakeholders in one or more call(s). We also ask you to fill out the document with the type of expertise offered (piloting or replicating actions, communication and dissemination activities, stakeholder engagement, etc), a short summary of potential project ideas and the main related keywords.
This exercise will produce a catalogue of stakeholders' competencies and interest in the upcoming calls, which will be the basis for the discussion and building project consortia.
