The final online event of the SEFAC (Social Engagement Framework for Addressing the Chronic Disease Challenge) project will take place on Friday 16 April 2021.

The main aim of this event is to provide a multi-stakeholder platform by bringing together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, interested groups and citizens to explore ways to reduce chronic disease challenges effectively and by efficiently empowering individuals and strengthening the community.
