The SESAR Innovation Days (SIDs) serve as the primary platform for the SESAR Joint Undertaking to share advancements and disseminate research findings related to air traffic management (ATM). The SIDs invite contributions from the ATM research community through an open call. The event includes an exhibition and several networking opportunities, creating further avenues for participants to learn about interesting projects and meet like-minded researchers. Additionally, the SIDs will feature the annual Young Scientist Award to recognise young researchers who have demonstrated excellence in the fields of ATM and aviation-related research.

Academics, researchers from institutions, airlines, air navigation service providers, and industry professionals are invited to submit papers and posters showcasing their research on topics listed on the SESAR 3 JU website. The contributions will be evaluated based on the originality of the ideas, as well as the approach and methodology applied.
