The ERC, in tune with its missions and the Commission's goals, will host an all-day workshop showcasing and discussing innovative approaches to address gender dimensions in research. 

The event will cover:

• Gender in medicine and medical care
• Gender, demographics and behaviour
• Gender and fairness in the digital society

The event will close with a policy dialogue. The goal of the workshop is to raise awareness of the gender dimensions in designing and conducting research and the influences on the usefulness of the results.
