Transport Decarbonisation: Hydrogen's Role in Meeting Net Zero Ambitions

Scotland House Brussels and UK Transport in Europe are delighted to invite you to Scotland House for an in-person event on 6 June 2023. Currently one of the largest global emitters of greenhouse gases, the transport sector’s decarbonisation is absolutely crucial to achieving Net Zero ambitions.

Representatives from Transport Scotland, HVS, and the Civil Aviation Authority will debate the potential future role of hydrogen in decarbonising the transport sector. Responding to and interacting with these stakeholders will be a representative from the European Commission.

Registration will take place from 15:30, with introductions over a networking coffee, and the event beginning at 16:00. The presentation will include a roundtable discussion and time for a Q&A. The discussion will be followed by a networking reception. We would be delighted if you could join us.

If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP to BrusselsEvents@gov.scot by Tuesday 30 May.
