North Denmark EU-Office

North Denmark EU-Office is an association servicing the Region of North Denmark, its 11 municipalities, the Greenlandic Sermersooq municipality, Aalborg University and University College North Denmark as well as the SMEs of the region. The office has two departments, one located in North Denmark and another close to the European institutions in Brussels. Our main goal is to achieve the development ambitions of North Denmark by promoting activities that foster internationalization, growth and employment. We achieve this by getting involved in international projects and networks, and by establishing contact with international partners, public as well as private.

Enterprise Europe Network is the world's largest support network for SMEs with international ambitions. The Network has 3,000 experts across 600 partner organisations in more than 60 countries. It helps ambitious SMEs innovate and grow internationally.

AddSmart - European Digital Innovation Hub of North Denmark

AddSmart is focused on assisting SMEs within the manufacturing and maritime industries to identify, test and implement smart production and digital solutions.

Smart collaboration in a transnational context

An international conference on Transnational Smart Specialisation for EU macro-regions will take place online on 28 October as part of the GoSmart&Excel BSR project. The event will concentrate on the role of Smart Specialisation Strategies and how they can play a role in innovation development in a transnational context.
