Vinnytsia Regional State (Military) Administration is the local body of state executive power in Vinnytsia region, part of the system of executive power bodies of Ukraine. In accordance with the Strategy for the Digital Development of Innovations of Ukraine (WINWIN) until 2030, which covers 14 key industries for the development of innovations, the following areas were identified as the most relevant for Vinnytsia region: AgroTech, MedTech, DefenceTech, BioTech. We would be especially grateful for the opportunity to join initiatives in these industries within the framework of ERRIN.

The Strategy for Balanced Regional Development of Vinnytsia Region until 2027 defines 2 smart specialisations: 1) health and medical tourism in the areas of heart disease treatment, musculoskeletal system and neurology treatment, health rehabilitation of war veterans; 2) implementation of agricultural technologies using IT innovations.
