The Commission has now adopted the EU Action Plan: 'Towards Zero Pollution for Air, Water and Soil'. The subject is a key deliverable of the Green Deal and an important topic at EU Green Week 2021. 

The Action Plan sets out an integrated vision for 2050 where pollution is reduced to levels that are no longer harmful to human health and natural ecosystems.

ERRIN is currently seeking input on the Horizon Europe Mission on healthy oceans, seas, coastal and inland waters, which includes the objective of zero pollution in marine and water ecosystems. Learn more here.
