The European Commission is running a consultation targeted at individuals, regional authorities, academics, civil society and professional organisations on the scale and dynamics of brain drain. The consultation will also look at the areas affected by brain drain and to gather best practices and regional strategies and policies designed to tackle the emigration of qualified workers.
