The European Commission is seeking the views of citizens, educators, researchers, governmental, non-governmental organisations and education and training stakeholders. Individuals and organisations from international, European, national, regional and local levels are invited to give their feedback on the European Commission's proposal on education for environmental sustainability.

The consultation comes ahead of the Commission's Council Recommendation, which will acknowledge the crucial role of education and training in helping citizens and local communities transition in the ways outlined in the European Green Deal.
