Industry 5.0 is an R&I policy paper that highlights research and innovation as drivers for Europe's transition to a more sustainable, human-centric and resilient industry. 

The paper aims to capture the value of new technologies and the opportunities they offer while moving from a shareholder to a stakeholder perspective. It also strives to place the wellbeing of the industry worker at the centre of the production process and touches upon finding prosperity beyond jobs and growth, while staying within planetary boundaries.
