The European Investment Fund and the European Commission have revealed new support measures for the cultural and creative sectors. Under the Cultural and Creative Sectors Guarantee Facility (CCS GF), access to finance for SMEs and small public enterprises will be mobilised. 

Over 2,500 businesses will benefit from the enhanced guarantee and a call for expression of interest is now open. The new measures will incentivise financial intermediaries to provide flexible terms and conditions for businesses to alleviate the result of working capacity and liquidity constraints caused by the pandemic.
