The Horizon Europe work programme 2023-24 has been adopted by the European Commission.  The work programme will support research and innovation in numerous areas, including digital transformation, culture, energy resilience, health and the achievement of climate goals. The programme includes around €13.5 billion in funding, including €600 million for the 5 EU Missions. The first calls opened on 7 December, with the info days taking place between 6 December 2022 and 16 February 2023.

The European Commission has also launched the largest public consultation ever held on the past, present and future of the European Research & Innovation Framework Programmes 2014-2027. The consultation is open for 12 weeks, until February 2023.
