Info Kit for Cities published ahead of Cities Mission call for EoI

The European Commission has published its Info Kit for Cities, ahead of the call for Expression of Interest for the Mission on Climate-neutral and Smart Cities. The comprehensive kit is divided into two parts. Part I, ‘Understanding the Cities Mission,’ offers practical information to help cities prepare for the upcoming call, expected in the second half of November. Part II, ‘A short guide to urban climate neutrality,’ presents resources and strategies for achieving climate neutrality at the city level.

Access the Info Kit for Cities here.

Alongside the kit, a Frequently Asked Questions document was published, which gathers and questions and answers from the Cities Mission launch webinar on 1 October.

Cities can already pre-register their interest for the Call for Expression of Interest here. ERRIN members can learn more about the call, the Mission and related opportunities in ERRIN’s projects NetZeroCities and MOSAIC in the upcoming Smart Cities Working Group meeting on Monday 8 November. During the meeting, Mission Manager Matthew Baldwin will present the call and answer open questions.
